1. Data We Process
PopPods stores gameplay progress locally on your device (coin balance, toy collection, prize meter progress, ad watch limits, and gameplay settings). PopPods also collects in-app analytics events to measure gameplay and product performance, such as session timing, capsule opens, bonus round outcomes, rewarded ad completions, purchases, daily login claims, duplicate sell actions, and collection snapshots.
2. Analytics Controls
Analytics collection is enabled by default. You can opt out at any time from the in-app Settings screen by turning off the Share Analytics toggle. When disabled, we stop collecting app analytics events from that device.
3. Third-Party Processors
We use Firebase Analytics and Google Cloud (including BigQuery) for analytics processing and reporting, Apple App Store Connect for app distribution and aggregated store reporting, Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases, and Google AdMob for rewarded ads. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Data Sharing Boundaries
We do not sell or share user-level PopPods gameplay analytics with external apps, advertisers, or data brokers. We use analytics internally to improve gameplay quality, tune economy balance, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
5. Aggregated Marketing Reports
Some platforms may provide aggregated attribution, campaign, or demographic-style summaries to us. We may use those aggregate reports for marketing decisions, but we do not send user-level PopPods gameplay data to outside apps for cross-app profiling.
